Trevor Scotto is a Partner and co-founder of Fiduciary Financial Group, where he helps successful families make better decisions about their money and their lives.
Trevor began his career in tax and accounting, which continues to shape how he approaches wealth management today. He believes investments should never be managed in isolation. Taxes, cash flow, estate planning, business interests, equity compensation, and family goals all affect one another. As a CPA and CFP®, Trevor helps clients bring those pieces together and make thoughtful decisions with a clear understanding of the tradeoffs.
Trevor's approach is guided by a few core principles: listen first, advise second; keep the complex simple; prioritize objectivity in decision-making; and stay consistent with a long-term planning philosophy.
At FFG, Trevor works with families, retirees, and business owners who have built meaningful wealth and want more than investment management. They want to understand what they can comfortably spend, where the money should come from, how to reduce unnecessary taxes, and how to provide for the people and causes they care about.
FFG combines financial planning, investment management, and in-house tax expertise so clients receive coordinated advice rather than disconnected recommendations.
Trevor co-founded FFG in 2016 to build the kind of firm he believed clients deserved: independent, fiduciary, highly personal, and accessible. He takes seriously the responsibility that comes with helping families navigate important decisions and never forgets that there is a life behind every financial plan.
Outside of work, Trevor can usually be found on the tennis court or spending time with his wife and their three children.
